LATS

DEVELOPING LATIN AMERICA’S LEADERS

FOR A GROWING CHURCH

The greatest need in Latin America is training of leaders to sustain what the Lord is doing…thousands are coming to know Christ every day in Latin America.

Latin America Theological Seminary (LATS), also known as “Facultad,”

is training more than 600 national leaders of 19 Spanish-speaking countries.

Those who are being trained by LATS, in turn, are training more than 20,500 new pastors in order to:

  • Disciple new believers
  • Develop healthy, growing churches
  • Effectively reach spiritually hungry seekers

THE SPIRIT

LATS emphasizes Pentecostal fullness through teacher-student interaction in study, worship, counseling, meals, and friendship in a short-term residential setting.

ACADEMICS

LATS enjoys a favorable reputation with the international evangelical academic community, including membership in the Asociacion Teologica de America Latina, Asociacion para la Educacion Teologica Hispana, and transfer-of-credits with Vanguard University, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and others.

“Preparing God’s people so that the Body of Christ may be built up.”  Eph. 4: 12
